Legal bases include Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given via the contact form and cookie banner), Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures), and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal retention duties). We do not sell, rent, or broker personal data to third parties. Processors such as hosting, email, and payment providers act only on documented instructions under Article 28 GDPR.

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables transfer to the client. PhraseCraftMedia retains the right to reference non-confidential work in its portfolio unless a written non-disclosure agreement states otherwise. Pre-existing frameworks, style templates, and internal tools remain the property of PhraseCraftMedia.

Clients warrant that materials supplied (brand assets, source data, product claims) are accurate and lawful, and indemnify PhraseCraftMedia against third-party claims arising from client-supplied content. Each party limits liability to the contract value of the affected engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (intent, gross negligence, personal injury).

Governing law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany, with exclusive venue in Berlin for merchants and public entities. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform may be used for consumer complaints; we answer dispute requests at [email protected] on a best-efforts basis.

This website stores a single functional preference in your browser's localStorage to remember that you dismissed the consent toast. That entry records only a boolean flag — no identifiers, no behavioral profiles — and remains under your control; clearing site data removes it entirely.

If you cancel in writing before work starts, any advance payment is refunded in full within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. If deliverables miss the agreed specification after two included revision rounds, we will rework the affected asset at no cost or refund the proportional portion of the fixed fee.

Invoices paid through our Stripe payment channel can be reversed only to the originating account. Request refunds by emailing [email protected] with your invoice reference; approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights (14 days under EU consumer law) apply where the service has not yet been fully performed. The model withdrawal instructions and a withdrawal form are available on request from our support email above.
